As of March 13th, West Virginia is one of three states that has zero confirmed cases of COVID-19.
“This was an extremely tough decision, but it has to be done. I am closing the schools.” said Governor Justice.
“Everyone knows that there is a monster looming out there, but that monster isn’t here yet.”
Then, awkwardly, Justice doubled down and said that the virus is already in the state of West Virginia.
“Let’s just be honest, it’s here. It has to be here. We just haven’t found it yet.”
