There are reportedly 2 confirmed cases of the virus on the tiny island that stretches just 20 miles long and 6 miles wide with a population of around 113,000 people.
A panic has overcome the visitors on the island and travelers are trying desperately to get off the island as quickly as possible.
United States President Donald J. Trump declared a National Emergency on Friday afternoon.
